“The residences at The Ritz-Carlton Vail are undeniably fantastic, with a location that's hard to beat in Vail. While the rooms themselves and the amenities like the game room and pool impressed, the service, particularly housekeeping, felt inconsistent towards the end of our stay. It's a shame, as the potential for a truly five-star experience is clearly present.”
